Billing & Payments

No, there are no hidden fees associated with GEM. Although much of our industry engages in "up-charging" via hidden fees, we strive to be fully transparent and do not up-charge on any items. If you ever have any questions on billing, please email us at care@gemdryclean.co.uk

We ask that you do not tip your Valet as we have a “no tipping” policy at GEM. We compensate our Valets well and have instructed them to not accept any tips. The act of tipping is a subtle form of friction that we want to remove from your customer experience!
